Refund & Return Policy

At Bay Avenue Candle Co., each candle is hand-poured in small batches with care. We want you to be completely happy with your order, and we do our best to make sure every candle arrives safely and in perfect condition.

Because our products are handmade and often made to order, we handle returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis. Please read the following details carefully.
 

Damaged or Broken Items

All candles are packaged securely, but since they are made of glass and ship from Alaska, accidents can sometimes happen in transit.

  • If your candle arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at bayavenuecandleco@gmail.com.

  • Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage.

  • Once reviewed, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund depending on product availability.
     

Order Issues or Wrong Item

If we sent the wrong item or your order is incomplete, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your package. We’ll correct the issue as quickly as possible at no cost to you.
 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and consumable nature of our candles, we do not accept general returns or exchanges once a product has been used, burned, or opened.

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.
 

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.
 

Cancellations

Because many of our candles are poured to order, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, your candle may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
